Our Staff members are fully vaccinated to provide you services in a safe environment that complies with the guidelines issued by the Government of Manitoba Health & Safety authorities from time to time.

1.       Our beauty spa 

·       We have undertaken a thorough review of our spa and the services we offer. 

·       We have rearranged our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines. 

·       All surfaces throughout the spa will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate cleaning product between each treatment. 

·       All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instruments, brushes, bowls, and tweezers.

·       One-use disposable items will be used where necessary (sustainable alternatives kept where possible).

·       We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the spa with doors and windows open where possible.

2.      Our team

·       We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.

·       Our staff members have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene, and safety.

·       Staff is briefed to uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception.

·       Our Esthetician/Nail Technicians will wear gloves and masks during treatments where required. Estheticians/Nail Technicians will wash their hands before and after every treatment.

·       We encourage our clients to wear masks while being provided services to maintain health and safety for clients and employees at all times.

3.       WE ENCOURAGE YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS

·       To arrive at the time agreed, upon to maximize social distancing.

·       To contact us and re-arrange your appointment, if you are not feeling well or if any person in your household is sick or is self-isolating.

·       We encourage you to maintain social distancing among the staff and other clients.

4. COVID-19 facility-specific safety practices

·       We have arranged personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer and face masks The whole purpose of to ensure, that everyone is protected and feels safe in our environment.
